After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will deliver your goods via Australia Post, Sendle or our choice of registered Australian freight carrier within 5 - 7 working days.
We are unable to deliver to a Post Box address except for the smallest items.
We will assume “Authority to Leave” unless you contact us with specific, reasonable delivery instructions.
We can only provide estimated delivery timeframes and cannot guarantee delivery timeframes. We will not provide a refund in the event that you did not receive your goods in time.
