Contact us with any questions you have relating to products and their features. If the product is listed online then we stock it our store and know it well.
When products are listed as "Out of Stock" then we can usually give you an estimated time until they are back in stock. If we have left it listed on the webstore then we fully expect it to be in stock again soon.
See a brand listed on our store that you love but don't see the product you are interested in? Email or call us...we can generally source it for you, we just haven't tried it yet. We love customer recommendations - if you are interested then almost certainly other people are too!

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY, Paypal or Afterpay containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will deliver your goods via Australia Post or Toll Ipec within 5-7 working days. Some larger items may be shipped via alternative freight companies.
We are unable to deliver to a Post Box address except for the smallest items.

Refund & Returns Policy
In relation to web orders, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer with the exception for product/s which have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will pay for return postage.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
Let the Children Play will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
All refunds will only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified. Refunds will only be made to the credit card that was charged for the original purchase or as a Let the Children Play Gift Voucher for equal value in lieu of a refund.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. It may be possible to change the order before it is despatched by phoning the store on 0749440180 however this cannot occur once it is has processed and despatched.
